On Site Fabrication
From initial consultation to final fitting, Vital Prosthetics performs
all services in its own facility. We don't simply send a patient's
measurements to another vendor and hope a prosthesis fits. Dale
Petersen, our Prosthetic Practitioner, sums it up: “Everything is
custom. Our Creator made one body for each person and every person’s
body is different. You can’t go to a store and get a size 8½ E right
artificial leg for someone who’s 5’8”. It doesn’t work that way.”
Mobile Services
Because of the nature of our commitment to the patient, Vital
Prosthetics is dedicated to serving the patient at the highest and best
level. Vital Prosthetics offers mobile services when no other convenient
options exist for the patient. Please call for arrangements.
Complete Consultation
Vital Prosthetics prides itself on guiding
our patients through the complete recovery process, from initial
consultation to measuring, fitting and delivery of one's prosthetic
device. Vital Prosthetics specializes in in-house custom cosmetic
restoration.
At Vital Prosthetics, we carefully evaluate
each patient's needs paying special attention to his or her goals for
recovery, lifestyle, and occupation. We take the time to talk with our
patients, and more importantly, we listen. Once armed with knowledge
about a patient, we develop the prosthetic device that is best for that
particular patient.
